Grants for student with single disabled parent

My daughter & I are looking for assistance in our search for grants so she can continue college.  I am a single parent and am permanently disabled and the only income I have is SSD.  The college isn't helpful in guiding us towards grants, more towards loans, loans, and more loans.  I have been through so many search engines, and with so many sites that are scams, getting lost in the abyss is how I'm beginning to feel.  We would appreciate any information that could lead us toward grants other than Pell which she has qualified for, however it covers 25% of tuition needed. After that the PLUS loan $3500 and that still leaves $8000 in loans.  Please if anyone has information, we would greatly appreciate it!

Thank you from sunny Arizona!

About hlfloats

I'm a searching for grants for my daughter (she's the one in the picture). I am a single parent, on full disability, and am unable to assist with school funding. She is and has been on the honor roll through high school (graduated 1 year early) and college with perfect attendance, was vice president & president of student government in her junior college, is now attending ITT Tech to finish her masters in Auto CAD.  The school doesn't help with anything other than FAFSA, only loans, loans and yes, more loans.   We are in search of information leading us to "no repay grants and scholarships".  So many "pay us to give you information" websites are scams and the abyss of these just increase as I continue the search.  If you are able to assist with information we would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks for your time!
